Kristen Rogin

As Director of Client Services at Walker Bastoni Wealth Management, Kristen is dedicated to creating a positive, personalized experience for every client. With nine years of experience in the financial services industry alongside David Bastoni, she has had the privilege of helping utility workers better understand their employer-sponsored retirement benefits while working to support clients in building confident financial futures. She believes lasting relationships thrive through listening, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to each client's experience.

Before joining David Bastoni, Kristen spent 16 years at a major trauma hospital working in the med-legal field handling many tasks including third-party liability investigations and workers' compensation cases court appearances. That experience sharpened her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to advocating for the people she serves.

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She lives in Northern California with her husband, their three children, and their two dogs, Sushi and Deacon. She loves to be outdoors, and spends her free time reading, traveling, and attending concerts. She is also a certificated substitute teacher and loves working with local students.
